Long Island EntersPhase 3

On Wednesday, June 24th 2020 Nassau and Suffolk counties are expected to enter Phase 3 of the reopening, allowing the reopening of food services, indoor dining (in accordance with NYS guidelines) and personal care businesses. Businesses that are able to reopen are expected to follow New York State and CDC guidelines in relation to social distancing, suggested health checks of employees and preparing the workplace for employees to return. New York State expects all businesses to develop a COVID-19 Health and Safety Plan. Your COVID-19 Health and Safety Plan should include the ways in which you intend to comply with the New York State Department of Health guidance to safely reopen.

    • Appearance enhancement practitioners
    • Massage therapy
    • Spas
    • Cosmetology
